The Situation

The Motherhood Center had moved their communications to the cloud three years ago, but found service and support to be lacking with one of the "big box store" providers.

The staff needs reliable and consistent communications to help them serve their Clients and Patients in their time of need.  This means quick response times, personal touch and skilled staff to support their needs.

The Goal

From Votacall's perspective, the goal was to show that not all cloud providers are the same.  We needed to show quickly our number one selling service is our support.

  • Meet with the Team and understand their pain
  • Demo the parts of Votacall's solution that would be useful
  • Do a full analysis of of current services and design a solution
  • Provide documentation- videos and training all through the onboarding process

The Story

The Motherhood Center was referred to Votacall by one of Votacall's managed IT service partners.  Having reached the breaking point with their current provider, they were looking for some guidance and a company that could meet their needs.

Mia was fed up with the long response times- Fixed issues creating new issues- no consistency in support reps- and overall poor service.  She wanted to partner and not to be a number.

Votacall quickly set themselves apart from their competiiton with their personalized approach, doing a full analysis of the current environments and scheduling a demo to review what makes them different and see how they could help.

“With our previous cloud provider we suffered from long response times and unfulfilled requests.  Votacall's personal touch, attention to detail and extensive training materials put us at ease right away”

During the demo and subsequent Q&A sessions with Mia and the team,  Votacall was able to lay out a comprehensive plan to get the staff up to speed on their technology while all working remotely due to the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Votacall's solutions team worked closely with Mia to review the Cloud Hops Process and be sure that on boarding went as smooth and easy as was promised during the sales cycle.  Their PM, Kyle, quickly earned Mia's trust through constant communication, multiple trainings and insight and suggestions throughout the process.

The Result

Just prior to the port Mia went so far as to write the following to Kyle in an email:

I love these detailed materials Kyle, there is a very little chance for questions after going through it.

I can see a long and friendly business partnership between us in the future 😊

We think that says it all!
