Why?
Over time, Votacall will continue to make improvements in the Votacall GO! Webphone and the My Votacall Portal. After these changes, clearing your cache in Chrome is highly recommended. It’s a quick process that we have outlined in this article. These instructions outline clearing only the cache related to myvotacall.com.
How?
To clear cookies/cache in Chrome.
Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and select ‘settings’.
Then type ‘cookies’ into the search bar and click on ‘Cookies and other site data’
On the ‘Cookies and other data’ page, scroll down and click on ‘See all site data and permissions’.
In the search box type in ‘myvotacall.com’ and then click the ‘trash’ icon next to the myvotacall.com site.
This will pop-up a confirmation window. Press ‘Clear’ to remove all cookies and data for the myvotacall.com website.
